Information
Kiron Robinson received a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2004. His recent solo exhibitions include Ascension, Gertrude Contemporary Art Practice 2006; failure: a celebration, Alliance Francaise Gallery, Melbourne 2005; Time Flies Like Clocks, Fruit Flies Like Bananas, Kings ARI, Melbourne 2004; We’re happy and we’re small, 24seven, Melbourne 2004; and us and us, Federation Square, Melbourne 2003. Selected group shows include 40 Degrees , Gertrude Contemporary Art Spaces 2007; Gradient Globes (with Lani Seligman), Bus Gallery, Melbourne 2005; What If, Wedding Circle, Sydney 2005; A portable model of…, Plimsoll Gallery, Tasmania 2005; and 3015 Australia, 3015 association d’art contemporain, Paris 2004. Kiron has received several awards and residencies including the Bundanon Residency (2004); the Alliance Francaise Award (2004); and the Casma Group Award (2003). |
