Information
Andrea Tu completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts in 1998 and has since presented individual exhibitions at Gallery 4A, Asia-Australia Arts Centre, Sydney 2001; Studio 12, Gertrude Contemporary Art Spaces, Melbourne 2002 & 2001; Shelf, Craft Victoria, Melbourne 2001; Westspace, Melbourne 2000; and 1st Floor, Melbourne 1999-2000. Andrea has participated in a number of group exhibitions including Good Vibrations: the legacy of Op Art in Australia, Heide Museum of Modern Art, Melbourne 2002; Gallery 4A project stand, ARCO, Madrid 2002; Best Practice, Faculty Gallery, Monash University, Melbourne 2001; Tougher than Art, 1st Floor, Melbourne 2001; No Noise, Metro Arts, Brisbane 2000; Fascination, Centre for Contemporary Photography, Next Wave Festival, Melbourne 2000; The Pragmatics of Inscription: Wall drawings, Linden Art Centre, Melbourne 2000; and System, Linden Art Centre, Melbourne 1999. |
