Information
So Blair hows the studio?
Um, I'm getting there, taking a while to settle in, maybe I can build some skate ramps, alternate between skating, listening to music and the other art. I gotta get a couch also, and a kettle. What's your practice? I just got back from L.A, I was buying signs of homeless people and making signs for homeless people. It kinda grew old really quick but it was just a way to find out about the place and things I didn't know. Homeless are everywhere, like at the bottom of every palm tree. Very poetic, What else?
Some video stuff, chicks counting wads of money, but its only one note folded in half. I saw a homeless person do that, y'know by the end of the day she would have been a millionaire. So your practice? It's undefined, that's ok. Why the interview instead of a CV or Bio? I heard Mutlu didn't have a CV, which sounded like a great gesture. Turns out he does. Just give me something else. Favourite artists? Gonz, Jon Campbell, tons of artists, Nat & Ali Sydney?
Swenson's comin on Last thing you bought? Potatoes, nah coffee Last Album? MIA and Scandinavian Leather, Turbonegro Greatest achievements?
Really?! Ollieing the Collins St 14 in '91. Opening Uplands has been pretty cool. How are you skating now? Being old and all. I'm killin' it, I use my weight. I'm just havin? fun with it. 3 wishes? More time with Katja Venice Beyatch, I wish Charlie Kaufman wrote Relational Aesthetics and mo money! Advice for young artists? Nah.
